She is the Founder of Prospera House, a boutique Corporate Affairs consultancy, and a Seasoned Advisor on Reputation, Restructuring and Global Corporate Communications.

Azadeh has over 20 years’ experience advising multinational corporations on debt and equity transactions, restructuring mandates and reputation management. Through Prospera House and her executive leadership, she helps clients navigate corporate and financial events, whilst protecting and amplifying their brand and reputation.

Azadeh Varzi’s Journey

Azadeh began her career in investment banking, structuring debt for large corporates. She then spent nearly two decades at Brunswick Group, advising on capital markets transactions, debt refinancings and global corporate reputation. She then spent time in-house as a member of Intrum’s Executive Management Team, responsible for Group Corporate Affairs and Group HR — before founding Prospera House. She holds a BA in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
